Gary, the first full-length album by Philadelphia's Crooked Spine, tells the heartfelt story of "two good people who make some bad decisions." My cover art elicits the humble beauty of lovers with a complex history. A smoked whitefish on a red background is a hopeless dead animal that remains picturesque. I photographed the fish and designed an identity for the band’s cassette tape, streaming platforms, and website.
