website sizzle for Qualcomm

I led a team of visual and motion designers to create an animation showcasing Qualcomm's redesigned website and its strategic goals. Despite a tight production timeline, I elevated the video beyond a typical website sizzle by incorporating characterful moments and sleek transitions while meticulously managing my team.

In the early weeks, I worked with the design and copy teams to develop storyboards while directing motion R&D on promising design elements. During animation, I led a team of three motion designers, delegating scenes, providing detailed feedback, and animating hero elements that set the pacing for secondary animations.
